A No you start at you own place take a break when you need to it takes about two weeks for most people before they can do the whole class .
Q How long are the classes
A Class last two Hours which includes warm up skill training fitness training and cool down.
Q do I have to spar
A No around half of all people who train never spar it is a personal chose.
Q Can Women Train
A Yes around 25% of my class are women
Q What ages do you teach
A Between ten and fifty five years of age is the normal age range
Q What do I need to bring.
A Just bring yourself running or sport shoes shorts and a towel .
A Do you do Private Lessons
Q Yes I can do private lesson for individuals or small groups
